LaToya Franklin is a thoughtful, people-centered leader with experience across human services, behavioral health, healthcare operations, security, facilities and maintenance, and complex field-based environments.
She is known for seeing both the data and the story behind it. Her approach is practical and analytical, but never at the expense of the people affected by the decisions being made. She leads with compassion, accountability, and a strong sense of ethics, believing that strong systems should create better outcomes for both organizations and the people they serve.
Her professional foundation was built in human services, where she worked in direct care, case planning, family support, referral and assessment operations, service coordination, documentation, quality oversight, and collaboration with clinical, community, payer, and agency partners. From there, she continued to grow into increasingly complex operational environments, expanding her experience into large-scale Corporate security and field operations, workforce management, scheduling and dispatch, client service, systems implementation, training, quality assurance, and multi-site leadership. Each role added another layer to how she understands people, process, accountability, and organizational performance.
That cross-industry perspective is one of LaToya’s greatest strengths. She quickly learns how an organization works, recognizes patterns and operational gaps, and applies practical lessons from different environments to improve how people, processes, and systems work together.
LaToya is especially drawn to serving vulnerable populations and businesses that are developing, growing, or restructuring. For her, leadership is not only about solving problems—it is about creating stability, opportunity, and systems that allow people to succeed.
Family, service, and legacy are central to both her life and the vision behind Carbon Copy Group. She approaches each partnership with the same goal: to leave the people, processes, and organization stronger than she found them.
